The theme for the 2017 Hosmer-Williams Lecture Series is local history—local, local, local, to build on Tip O’Neill’s maxim that “all politics are local.” The series is underwritten by Liberty Bank of Godfrey, Illinois. Historic Elsah Foundation is grateful for the support of Liberty Bank over the last several years.
